RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Once the seal has been tampered with, Mai Suya London cannot accept any returns.
Mai Suya London's Liability for direct loss or damage is limited to 20% of the cost of the total sum of products purchased, however you are fully responsibile to recieve your purchased item at the time/day advised by the courier. If you are not available to recieve your order Mai Suya London will not be held responsible or liable in any way.
Please be advised that some addresses that have numbers along with letters as their house number (i.e 58d) may or may not be accepted by our automated services, it is your sole responsibility to advise us of the right address. Mai Suya London will not be responsible for an attempted delivery to the wrong address.
As all deliveries are of an express delivery rate a refund made will not include the cost of postage.

Some countires, states or localities may have their own tax and vat rules, please note that if this is relative to where you reside, the fees will your responsibility to pay for the release of your goods.
