Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom, Taxes & Vat
Some countires, states or localities may have their own tax and vat rules, please note that if this is relative to where you reside, the fees will your responsibility to pay for the release of your goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Mai Suya London's Liability for direct loss or damage is limited to 20% of the cost of the total sum of products purchased, however you are fully responsible to receive your purchased item at the time/day advised by the courier. If you are not available to receive your order. Mai Suya London will not be held responsible or liable in any way.
Please be advised that some addresses that have numbers along with letters as their house number (i.e. 58d) may or may not be accepted by our automated services, it is your sole responsibility to advise us of the right address. Mai Suya London will not be responsible for an attempted delivery to the wrong address.
As all deliveries are of an express delivery rate so a refund made will not include the cost of postage.
Once an investigation has been opened with regards to your query. We will notify you with a response within 10 working days, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
