As this are perishable goods, Mai Suya London cannot accept any returns.
Mai Suya London's Liability for direct loss or damage is limited to 20% of the cost of the total sum of products purchased, however you are fully responsibile to recieve your purchased item at the time/day advised by the courier. If you are not available to recieve your order Mai Suya London will not be held responsible or liable in any way.
Please be advised that some addresses that have numbers along with letters as the house number (i.e 58d) may or may not be accepted by our automated services, it is solely your duty to advise us of the right address. Mai Suya London will not be responsible for an attempted delivery to the wrong address.
Any refund made will not include the cost of postage.
