Oven :

• Preheat oven to 150⁰C / 302⁰F/ Gas Mark 2
• Place your Suya on a baking tray and grill for 3-5mins OR when hot enough.             

Microwave :

• Place your Suya in a bowl. 
• Allow the Suya to thaw and then place in the microwave for 60secs on High.

Frozen:

Microwave for 2 mins on High.

NOTE:  A bit of Oil can be added for more moisture
